Wendy has an extensive history of higher education, completing a Bachelor Degree and Technical Diploma in Canada before she and her husband started their family and company here in San Diego. Wendy brings to Hannell a background rich in accounting and computer based programs. She has obtained a Dealer’s License for Manufactured Housing, her Notary License and has passed the CA Real Estate exam. Wendy is a firm believer in giving back to the community and volunteers at her local church, is a PTA Board Member at a local school, a Girl Scout leader and is involved in various other local clubs and organizations.

Self -employed in California for fifteen years, experience includes project management, design projects, architectural/construction defect analysis and associated litigation-support services involving commercial and multi-family building types, earthquake damage assessments with repair recommendations, building and property condition assessments, ADA compliance evaluations, and roofing/waterproofing membrane evaluation & replacement design and installation observation.
